Two Component Blending System

Two streams of chemicals are blended through a "static" mixer in a process to deliver a polyurethane blend.

Positive displacement gear pumps are utilized to deliver the chemicals.
Magnetic pick-ups are used as feedback to precisely control the speed of the DC motors via operator "touch-pad"; thus providing a consistent blend from batch to batch.

Pneumatic mixers mounted on the top of the ASME coded pressure vessels are used to uniformly mix the batch.
